Community Solar Enrollment

Congratulations on your decision to subscriber to community solar, support green energy, and reduce the cost of your electric bill.


BEFORE YOU GET STARTED


IMPORTANT NOTES:


  1. You do not have to complete the enrollment process in one sitting. Once you create your password and verify your email address, you'll be able to save your information and complete the application at another time.

  2. Prior to signing the DocuSign application and providing your payment information, you are under no obligation to complete the process.

REQUIRED INFORMATION


The information you will need to complete the enrollment process includes:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Street Address
  • Utility account information
  • Address of the utility account if different from your mailing address
  • Utility account number (either CMP or Versant)
  • A copy of your utility bill – all three pages


PAYMENT OPTIONS(to pay the discounted amount on your solar credits)


Note that there is a fee to pay by credit card so we recommend using ACH. If you opt for ACH you will be asked for the following information:

  • Whether the account you wish to use is a personal or business account
  • Whether the account you wish to use is a savings or checking account
  • The account number (found on all checks)
  • The bank routing number (found on all checks)


PASSWORD AND EMAIL VERIFICATION


You will need to create a password and confirm your email address. Once this is done you will be able to save your entries and go back and complete the process at any time. The final step in the enrollment is to electronically sign the DocuSign subscription application by writing your name in the designated box with your finger. After completing the signature process you be asked to set up your Payment Account: either a credit card or bank account.

By having the above information ready, the enrollment process shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes to complete.
