Community Solar Pre-Enrollment


To pre-enroll all we need is your contact information and a copy of your latest utility bill. This will allow us to verify that your utility account qualifies for the program.

It will not obligate you in any way to complete the process and your information will not be shared in any way.

Upon completing the pre-enrollment process an E3 representative will reach out to you to discuss whether you qualify and answer any questions you may have.

Full Enrollment

To fully enroll you will be taken to the E3-Ampion Enrollment Portal where you will be able to complete the enrollment process.

Before you go to the Enrollment Portal we recommend that you review the Sign-Up Process Primer document.

This document summarizes all the information necessary to enroll and walks you the enrollment screens. You don't have to do this, but it will make enrolling quicker  and easier.


  1. You do not have to complete the enrollment process in one sitting. Once you create a user name and password you'll be able to save your information and complete the application at another time.
  2. Prior to signing the DocuSign application and providing your payment information, you are under no obligation to complete the process.
