Tom Morgan - VP of Sales


Tom Morgan, brings over 25 years of successful sales management and sales leadership experience to E3.

Tom has P & L management experience with companies ranging from $8M to $450M in revenue; and utilizes this vast and diverse experience to create customizable and scalable sales solutions, sales training, and sales management support to create a top flight sales organization for E3.

In his work with E3, Tom leverages his extensive background with high-growth companies and well-known brands such as Reebok, PUMA, Keds, and Life is Good to create breakthrough sales results through as well as a comprehensive sales onboarding and training program to help sales people realize their career goals.

Tom and his wife of 35 years, Kim, reside in Ocean Park, Maine and have two grown children. As an avid runner, biker, and hiker, Tom takes advantage of the many outdoor opportunities Maine has to offer.

Tony Paradiso - CEO and Founder


Entrepreneur. author, professor, and columnist, Tony Paradiso’s career spans over 40 years. Since establishing himself as a premier marketing executive in the early stages of the high-tech industry, Tony has focused his efforts on growth companies within emerging markets. He has worked with no less than eight industry leaders including Intel, AT&T, Solar On Earth, Areva Solar, and the Soros Fund. For the past four year he has focused on solar and renewable energy, becoming a leading expert in the rapidly growing community solar market.  

Tony has served on numerous non-profits boards serving as board president for both the Greater Nashua Mental Health Center and Center for Psychiatric Advancement. He is also a member of New Hampshire Legislative Commission on PTSD and TBI. Tony holds a BS degree in Computer Management from Fordham University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Having recently moved to lake house living, after a 40-year hiatus Tony has taken up fishing again. He continues to write a column for The Business Journal, and he is an avid sports fan.


His teams – the Mets, Knicks, and Cleveland Browns (don’t ask) - have been historically bad, but as a true fan, his loyalty has never wavered. That loyalty is being rewarded as things are looking up for all three.


A new home, winning teams, and the exciting opportunities in solar has Tony energized to make yet another new venture successful.
